This condo is located conveniently on East 1st Avenue between New Jersey Avenue and Central Avenue, less than two short blocks from the beach and steps away from the dining and entertainment area, with numerous upscale dining, entertainment and theatre options. This is one of the most sought after locations on the New Jersey shore, due to the proximity to the beach, around the corner from the Historic Hereford Inlet Lighthouse, and within minutes of the popular Wildwood Boardwalk and amusements.

And it's close to so much more. The communities of Stone Harbor and Avalon are within a 5 minutes drive and only 15 minutes away is historic Cape May with its numerous golf courses, dining establishments and the famous Cape May Zoo. Atlantic City and all that it has to offer is a short 30 minute drive north on the scenic Garden State Parkway.

Upon your arrival the professional landscaping welcomes you to your destination. There is a two-car tandem garage with a covered carport, so parking easily accommodates three cars. There is also a lockable storage area at the back of the garage to keep your beach items, bikes, and anything else you bring along. Private enclosed showers are also located around the back of the building.

From the moment you set foot in this condo, you are assured that you are in a place of distinction. This unit has been professionally decorated and furnished to provide a feeling of welcome and warmth.

The large family/dining/great room has a sitting area that opens to the kitchen. The spectacular living space offers an alluring fireplace. On warmer days, convenient sliding doors off the dining area open to a large private balcony offering ocean views. Vaulted ceilings combined with generous windows, two-toned paint finish, with chair rails, and immaculate attention to detail, give the condo an air of sophistication.

The bright eat-in kitchen offers a breakfast bar and pendant lighting, tile floors, granite countertops, and is stocked with all the amenities you'll need.

A large hallway leads from the living area to the four oversized bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms each comfortably accommodate two full-sized beds. The Master Bedroom accommodates a king-sized bed, and Bedroom three, a queen-sized bed. Each bedroom contains a ceiling fan and beautifully decorated with it's own unique style.

There are two full baths, a shower stall off the master bedroom and a soaking tub in the hall bathroom. With central air, a full-sized washer and dryer, and large closets for plenty of storage, we are confident you'll find everything you'll need.
