This oceanfront home is in the prestigious area of Saco at Bayview. with has ocean views with a private path directly to the sandy beach. Property runs from a shared driveway off of Seaside Ave. to the ocean. There are 3 bedrooms in the main house + cute “bunkhouse” adjacent to house & deck. BED SETUP: Master has 1 queen + a large deck off the b/r facing the ocean with ocean views. The 2nd bedroom faces the ocean & has a 1 full bed. The 3rd bedroom has a set of bunk beds (twin mattresses). The bunkhouse has a set of bunk beds (twin mattresses). Queen sleep sofa in the living room. Sleeps 8 in beds. This home is strictly limited to 9 including any guests. There are 2 decks, one off the kitchen & the 2nd deck off the master bedroom to watch the sunrises or the beautiful moon rises. There is a large, private yard. One full bath on the 2nd floor with shower/tub combo + half bath off the living room (small but functional). Dishwasher; microwave, lobster pot & tools, washer/dryer; gas BBQ grille, patio set, Cable TV; DVD, “wireless” internet connection, enclosed outside shower with hot & cold water. Open concept with a dining area, counter in kitchen with bar stools & a large living room facing the ocean. Parking is limited to 3 cars. This is a shared driveway and it cannot be block at all. Sorry, no pets allowed. All of this privacy only $3,800/week. Off-season rates vary.
This house is in a more private area in the Bayview area of Saco. Saco, ME is 3 miles south of Old Orchard Beach and part of Maine's largest sandy beach, from Camp Ellis to Scarborough, 7 miles long. The area is a quiet, quaint area unspoiled with high rises & all cottages are about 2-3 minute walk to the beach or less here at SacoBay. You can bike or walk to restaurants and our quaint fishing harbor, Ferry Beach state park, OOB and more! Plenty of fishing here right off the beach or at the mile-long Jetty in CampEllis. We're about five miles to Funtown and the Aquaboggin, both on Rte. 1 in Saco and 1-1/2 miles to OOB for amusements.
Saco & Old Orchard exits are #36 on the Maine Turnpike and are half way between Kittery & Freeport for outlet shopping; 20 minutes to South Portland to a major mall and 20 minutes to Portland. There are also many shops along Rte. 1 for antique stuff between Wells & Scarborough. The Old Port is at the waterfront with shops. We’re about 1-1/2 hours or so from the Boston area
