Very nice end unit close to Ocean Park on a dead-end street, good for small children. Two bedrooms + a sunroom that can act as a 3rd b/r. BED SETUP: Master has 1 queen; 2nd b/r has 1 full bed and 1 set of bunks, (twin sheet). Sunroom has a sleep sofa for 1; living room queen sleep sofa for 2 more. Sleeps 9 using sleep sofas. Cable TV, wireless internet; washer/dryer, nice patio with gas BBQ grille & picnic table. Home has 1-1/2 baths. Bath up has tub/shower combo. Park 2 cars in the parking lot, more out front of unit on street. About a 2-minute walk to the beach, cross W. Grand. Sorry no pets permitted due to condo rules. If I send you pictures, not shown in photos but the owners will be putting in all new furniture when winter tenant leaves in June. New beds as described in the listing will be added as described above. All of this for only $1,300/wk. Sorry no pets due to condo rules.

Old Orchard has a beautiful beach called Grand Beach. The best in the State of Maine. There are gift shops, eateries, amusements, an arcade & the famous Pier at OldOrchardBeach. Amtrak runs trains from Boston to Portland daily with stops in Saco year round and in Old Orchard during summer season. Saco & Old Orchard are adjacent towns. Scarborough (Pine Point) is adjacent to Old Orchard Beach. All are on SacoBay at the ocean. We're about five miles to Funtown and the Aquaboggin, both on Rte. 1 in Saco
Saco & Old Orchard exits are #36 on the Maine Pike and we are half way between Kittery & Freeport for outlet shopping; 20 minutes to South Portland to a major mall and 20 minutes to Portland. There are also many shops along Rte. 1 for antique stuff between Wells & Scarborough. The OldPort is at the waterfront with shops. We’re about 1-1/2 hours or so from the Boston area.
