This nice 2-family house. Perfect for friends & family who rent together close to the OceanPark area of Old Orchard. Upstairs has 3 b/r is the upstairs unit in a 2-family house. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms, total of 5 bedrooms. Only 2 blocks from the beach, about a 1-2 minute walk, about an 8-minute walk to the pier & amusements. BED SETUP-Upstairs: The 1st bedroom has 1 Queen + 1 twin bed; 2nd bedroom has two twins and 3rd bedroom has 1 full bed. There is a full size futon in the living room. Upstairs will sleep 7 in beds and 9 utilizing the futon. BED SETUP-Downstairs: The 1st bedroom has 1 Queen & 1 twin; 2nd bedroom has a king-size bed. Sleep sofa, full size, in living room. It sleeps 5 in beds, 7 utilizing the sleep sofa. Combined will sleep a total 12 in beds and 16utilizing the futon in the upstairs unit and sleep sofa downstairs. Upstairs has a complete kitchen with new stove & full bath with tub/shower combo, cable TV, gas BBQ grille, picnic table, washer/dryer, fans. Downstairs also has a complete kitchen facilities, cable TV, a full bath with a shower/tub combo, washer/dryer; There are two gas BBQ grilles Picnic table in the rear yard. There is heat if needed. Driveway to left of house will hold 3 cars; driveway in front of the house for 1 car. On-street parking is allowed here as long as you don’t block neighbors driveways. More parking allowed on the street. $2,600/wk for the whole house.

Old Orchard has a beautiful beach called GrandBeach. The best in the State of Maine. There are gift shops, eateries, amusements, an arcade & the famous Pier at OldOrchardBeach. Amtrak runs trains from Boston to Portland daily with stops in Saco year round and in Old Orchard during summer season. Saco & Old Orchard are adjacent towns. Scarborough (Pine Point) is adjacent to OldOrchardBeach. All are on SacoBay at the ocean. We're about five miles to Funtown and the Aquaboggin, both on Rte. 1 in Saco
Saco & Old Orchard exits are #36 on the Maine Turnpike and are half way between Kittery & Freeport for outlet shopping; 20 minutes to South Portland to a major mall and 20 minutes to Portland. There are also many shops along Rte. 1 for antique stuff between Wells & Scarborough. The OldPort is at the waterfront with shops. We’re about 1-1/2 hours or so from the Boston area.
