A new enclosed outside shower with hot & cold water, gas BBQ grille, cable TV, fans. Located on the west side of Rte. 9, W. Grand Ave, a couple of blocks to the beach. Old Orchard has a beautiful beach called GrandBeach. The best in the State of Maine. There are gift shops, eateries, amusements, an arcade & the famous Pier at OldOrchardBeach. Amtrak runs trains from Boston to Portland daily with stops in Saco year round and in Old Orchard during summer season. Saco & Old Orchard are adjacent towns. Scarborough (Pine Point) is adjacent to OldOrchardBeach. All are on SacoBay at the ocean. We're about five miles to Funtown and the Aquaboggin, both on Rte. 1 in Saco
Saco & Old Orchard exits are #36 on the Maine Turnpike and are half way between Kittery & Freeport for outlet shopping; 20 minutes to South Portland to a major mall and 20 minutes to Portland. There are also many shops along Rte. 1 for antique stuff between Wells & Scarborough. The OldPort is at the waterfront with shops. We’re about 1-1/2 hours or so from the Boston area.
