Very nice inside, well kept, well decorated 3 b/r home in a very quiet family area, away from the hustle bustle, yet close enough to walk to "the action & amusements" at the boardwalk in Old Orchard. This "roomy" 1st floor unit is the whole first floor of a large three family just 2 tenths of a mile to the beach. It has a large bright living room, fully equipped kitchen, new refrigerator with ice maker, wireless internet access. Cable TV with NESN, large WebberBBQ grill, and patio set in the yard. BED SETUP: Bedroom #1 has 1 Queen; Bedroom #2 has 1 Queen; Bedroom #3 has1 Queen + 1 set of bunkbeds (twin mattresses). There is a queen sleeper in the living room as well as two Swedish cots (twin size) that can be used as needed throughout. It will sleep 8 in beds, 10 with sleep sofa. And there are the 2 cots if needed for total of 12 using cots. Bath has a shower/ tub combo and there is also a washer and dryer. We have fans in every bedroom and in the living room. There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway…more on the street. Home is located centrally to the beach on the south side of the pier and is only 2 tenths of a mile back from the beach, approx. 3-4 minute walk. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the pier. $1,600/wk. Pets are possible with owners’ permission. If bringing a dog, extra charge of $70, (cheaper than a kennel). Best deal in Old Orchard.

Old Orchard has a beautiful beach called Grand Beach. The best in the State of Maine. There are gift shops, eateries, amusements, an arcade & the famous Pier at Old Orchard Beach. Amtrak runs trains from Boston to Portland daily with stops in Saco year round and in Old Orchard during summer season. Saco & Old Orchard are adjacent towns. Scarborough (Pine Point) is adjacent to Old Orchard Beach.
