One other unit available in sae building advertised on ti site so if you have an extended family there is another unit available. Cable and Wireless Interent for your ue. There are sheets and towels there (please wash and replace before you leave.<p>June-August Weekly only<p>September 3 night min for events plus weekly<p>October-May 2 night min or weekly or monthy.<p>Family Friendly and best locaiton on the island.

Cancellations and Refunds:
Refund only if rerented, less a lower rate and a $100.00 administration fee. This is a family rental, parents with children OR adults age 28 and older and everyone must be age 28 or older. Sheets and towels are there, please wash and replace before you leave.
Other Fees:
Leave condo as you find it or there can be cleaning fee starting at $125.00. No taxes or fees. Pet fee and extra security deposit if accepted. We rent to families and adults only (over 25 years of age.) NO COLLEGE OR PROM GROUPS.

We are just 2 tiny blocks south of North Wildwood. Unit faces North WIldwood and you will enjoy lounging on our deck and looking over the tops of the rides. Although it is fairly quiet here.Great Family Beach Block Vacation Rental. Approx 100 steps to beach, boardwalk and piers. No streets to cross.<
