This is a custom built home, about 6 years old, in excellent condition, with a private pool, staff (3 people) included, 4 bedrooms, 6 baths. There is a covered parking space for 1 car, and plenty of parking spaces off Loma Street, a cu-de-sac; we are at the corner of Loma and Buenavista.
The villa's decor is elegantly done in every sense, with oriental Kilim rugs, high quality furniture and decorator touches all over, surrounded by large tropical trees and plants, it has a stunning view of the open ocean, the Roqueta Island and Acapulco bay.
From the fantastic living and dining room, which are out in the open with the Acapulco breeze, you can observe spectacular sunsets 365 days a year and in the evening admire the twinkling lights of the city on the bay, it will take your breath away.
The pool is 16,000 gallons - We have a salt water chlorinator, an ecological way to chlorinate our pool we don't add chemical chlorine, the pool is sparkling clean without turning your hair green, also better for your skin, eyes, not to mention your expensive bathing suit. In addition we have a pool heater if required in the winter. Casa Media Luna offers purified drinking water all over the house; we have a very specialized high-end water purifying system.

DSL Ethernet cable Internet connection on the 4th bedroom plus a Windows PC connected to the Internet.
All bathrooms are modern and of the highest quality; the floor, counters and walls is Travertine marble. The master bathroom has a huge dressing room area with 2 sinks and 2 showers, overlooking a tropical garden and private toilet area.
