Hawaii Kai, on the east end of Oahu, is one of the most spectacular communities on the island, known for its quality of life and easy access to ocean amenities. Hawaii Kai is about 12 miles from downtown Honolulu, has easy access to the H1 Freeway, enjoy a good variety of beaches, golf courses, tennis courts, movie theaters and restaurants. Hanauma Bay Beach Park is one of its greatest attractions. Hawaii Kai is one of Oahu's premier planned communities. We do have air conditioning but there is no need to use it with this open floor plan allowing the trade winds to enter through the lanai and out the French doors opening up to the master bedroom patio. There is a built in planter separating the kitchen form the living room with kitchen breakfast nook. Our Boat dock is just a few steps from lanai and a great place for the kids to fish, feed the ducks, to sunbathe or launch the kayak from.
