Description of the Vail vacation Condo Rental 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, 8 Sleeps

This lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom property in East Vail is 4 miles from Vail Village and the ski slopes. The condo can sleep up to 8 people and has access to the building's hot tub.

There is a Queen bed in the first bedroom, 2 Twins in the second and another Queen in the 3rd. There is also a sleeper couch in the loft area.

The complex is on the free Town of Vail bus route and the bus stop is just to the right of the entrance, no more than 3 minutes' walk.

Amenities include:

Full kitchen
Wood fireplace with wood provided in winter
All linen and towels provided
Washer/dryer in the condo

Cancellations made outside of 30 days prior to your arrival will result in a $100 penalty fee.
Cancellations made inside of 30 days prior to your arrival will result in forfeiture of all monies.

Pet Policy

Unfortunately none of our properties are pet friendly.

Should we see that you have a pet staying in the property we will ask you to board the animal or vacate the property immediately, forfeiting all monies paid.

Smoking Policy

No smoking is allowed in any of the properties. You will be charged a $200 cleaning and airing fee if you smoke in the condo or house.
