his Maui condo is Located on Sugar beach in Kihei, Maui, Hawaii.The
condo offers ocean view, beach, snorkeling, swimming pool,
nearby shopping. Most visitors to our condo return repeatedly.
Our lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath,or 2 bedroom plus den condo is loft style
on the "sunny south shore" of Maui. The Condo has been remodeled with new travertine floors and bathroom with walkinn glass block shower. The condo comes with free high speed internet and is fully furnished, completely equipped to make your vacation "No Ka Oi" (the best!).
The unit accomodates 6 persons. The den(3rd room den)has 2 comfortable twin beds if pushed together would be like a king. The units featurefree highspeed internet, air conditioning, complete kitchen, fully equipped, microwave oven, color TV, Dvd player, in unit security safe, all linens, beach towels. Washers and dryersr are available on each floor. Amenities on the property include a pool, BBQ, ocean sunsets and even whale watching in season from the lanai.

• Rates subject to 13.42% Hawaii Hotel & General Excise Tax
• Rates do not include cleaning fees
• One bedroom rates based on two person occupancy--Two bedroom rates based on four person occupancy--Three bedroom rates based on six person occupancy. Additional occupants require pre-approval.
A $15 charge per night per additional occupant will be added to the
per diem rate. No additional charge for children under one year of age.
• Reservations must be secured by a deposit equal to
25% of the gross rental fee (minimum deposit: $300)
• Balance in full due 60 days prior to arrival
• Reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival are refunded full deposit minus $100 administration fee. Travel insurance is recommended.
• Violations to non-smoking units are subject to a $300 assessment

winds The Condominium is located on a 3 mile-long sandy beach.
