Additional Information About Rental Rates:
Rates Policies
- Rate includes all applicable taxes and cleaning fees.
- Cleaning fee charged for stays 6 nights or less.
- 4% processing fee added to rate for PayPal or credit cardpayments.
Reservations
- Reservations and rates are NOT GUARANTEED until security deposit is received.
Security deposit
- Security deposit is held to ensure that the property will be left in it's original condition.Damages to the property can result in a full or partial loss of the security deposit.
Cancellations
- Cancellations 30 to 45 days prior to arrival, a penalty of $250, your deposit, will be assessed.
- Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival will be assessed the total amount paid.
- Rain-Checks (redeemable within one year of cancellation notice) may be granted in emergency situations.
- Travel insurance is advised.
Cleaning
- Weekly rates are inclusive of cleaning fees.
- Nightly stays of 6 nights or less are subject to $75.00 cleaning fee.
- Your vacation villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival and after your departure.
- Long term Guests may request weekly, bi-weekly, monthly cleaning at additional fee.
