Located in a restricted neighborhood, Family Tides is a large, lovely and comfortable one story home only a short walk from the beach. A large screened in porch offers the perfect place to read the morning paper or entertain family and friends and a yard large enough to accomodate a boat trailer. Tastefully decorated and just waiting for your arrival.

Weekly Rental Policy
Weekly rentals are available from April through November. Week starts on Sunday and ends on Saturday.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
There is no cancellation fee for cancellations that are provided to the owner greater than 30 days prior to reserved dates.
There is a cancellation fee equal to one night for a weekend rental and to 2 nights for a weekly rental for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to reserved dates.
For cancellations less than one week prior to reserved dates the cancellation fee is equal to 50% of total rental fee.
THE OWNER reserves the right to cancel in the event that the property is not in condition for rental due to unavoidable circumstances and will return any prepaid rental fees
House Rules
Garbage pick up is on Tuesday. Please move garbage recptacle to the curb in front of the house for pick up early on that day.
Do not lock the secutiry (dead) locks on the front or back doors when you check out.
Telephone Calls
Local calls are free.
Use must use a credit card or calling card when making long disctance calls.
Damage Deposit
A damage deposit will be due upon rental. This deposit is refundable less the standard cleaning fee of $50.00

Monthly rentals are only available from December through March.
