Rental Rates for Vacation Rental Studio in Hanalei, Hawaii
Additional Information About Rental Rates:
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $ 300.00 deposit is due within 7 days of booking to confirm your reservation. Any loss or damage to the rental property will be deducted from your deposit. In case of damage the return of your deposit can take up to 2 weeks.
PAYMENT: Full payment is due no later than 60 days prior to check-in. If booking and payment are within 30 days of your check-in date, the funds need to be paid in “cash form” - Official Bank Check, Cashier's Check, Money Order, PayPal (FEE) or Bank Wire Transfer (FEE).
CANCELLATION/REFUNDS: For cancellations prior to 60 days of your check-in date, your deposit will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee. Cancellations after rent due date will forfeit rent and taxes, unless dates can be re-booked.
NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED WITHIN THE HOME. But you may smoke outside.

The studio with king bed rents for 175.00/night or 1,200.00/week and the additional bed and bathroom with queen bed is 45.00/night extra for 2 guests and 75.00/night or 500.00/week for 3 or 4 guests - plus tax and cleaning.
