Relax by the pool in the sun all day or keep cool inside. Pool has safety fence and pool door is alarmed. Large flat screen TV in comfortable, bright, family room with seperate dining area.
Sleeping accommodation is perfectly planned for the family, with a downstairs master bedroom with TV and seperate master bathroom. The second (upstairs) master bedroom enjoys a king-size bed, with TV & DVD and private bathroom. There are two further bedrooms that are perfect sleep-stations for the kids in the party, with 2 twin beds in each, plus a shared family bathroom adjacent to both. For extra flexibility, the sofa in the family room can be converted to a queen-size sleeper if required. Allowing accommodation for 10 people.
All linens and towels are provided during your stay. There are laundry facilities. Washing machine/dryer, iron and ironing board.

Pool heat (recommended between October & March) $15 per night + tax.
Minimum 4 night rental. Cleaning charge $85 applies for bookings of less than 7 days.
Deposits:
20% deposit at time of booking to reserve your dates - with balance due 8 weeks before arrival. Deposit non refundable within 8 weeks of start of holiday.
$200 security deposit payable with balance. (refundable after your stay - once property cleaned and no damages confirmed by Management Company).
