Our Premium Waterfront house is a perfect Oregon vacation rental for your company or organization to hold a meeting, retreat, seminar, or workshop. It is also a great location for weddings or you next family reunion. The wrap-around deck on the lakeside is a perfect vantage point for photography or painting, or just relaxing after the day's event.
The house has a large stone fireplace in the living room with large picture windows and a full size sofa bed. Two bedrooms with king size beds and 2 baths. Includes linens a fully furnished kitchen with a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and satellite television in every room.
The attached large family/meeting room which can be included at an additional fee can be setup with tables and chairs or used as a room that sleeps 4+ people. The room is furnished with 2 trundle beds for your daytime or nighttime enjoyment. Beds can be made up as sofa, 4 twins or 2 king size bed and a 3/4 bath. Includes linens an under counter refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and satellite television.

Loon Lake Lodge and RV Resort Reservation Policies
Additional People: All Campsites, RV Sites or Tent Sites fees include up to five guests. The maximum number of guests in a Campsite, RV Site or Tent Site is 8. Additional guests will be subject to a fee of $7.00 per person/per night. For Health and Safety reasons, Cabins, Cottages, Motel Rooms, Waterfront House, Yurts and Group Sites cannot accommodate more guests then indicated.
Pet Policy: Total Number of Pets are LIMITED to 2 and if you are bringing pets along, NO aggressive dogs of any size are allowed. A $25.00 nonrefundable pet cleaning fee will be charged when staying in a Cabin, Cottage, Motel Room, Yurt or Waterfront House.
Rental Units: All Cabins, Cottages, Motel Rooms, Waterfront House and Yurts have been inventoried. You will be responsible for any missing items or damages to the Rental Unit.
Payment Policy: A Credit card deposit is required on all phone reservations, if made on-line your credit card will be charged 100% of the reservation fees at time of booking. Advanced payments are always paid by credit card. Any remaining balance may be paid either by cash or credit card upon arrival at the property. By providing a credit card number, you are authorizing us to bill your credit card, including any costs accrued while at the property, and outstanding balances not paid at time of departure.
Cancellations Policy: Please contact our office, (541) 599-2244, prior to the arrival date to cancel/ change reservation. Cancellations for a Campsite, RV Site or Tent Site are subject to a minimum $10.00 cancellation fee. In addition, cancellations made within seven (7) days of scheduled checkin are subject to a penalty equal to a one (1) day reservation fee. Cancellations for a Cabin, Cottage, Motel Room, Yurt, Waterfront House or Group Site are subject to a minimum $25.00 cancellation fee. In addition, cancellations made within 7 days of scheduled check-in are subject to a penalty equal to a one (1) day reservation fee. Please contact the property for cancellations or to make any changes to your reservation. Cancellations must be made prior to the arrival date of your reservation. If cancellations or changes are not made as indicated above, your reservation is subject to a penalty equal to 100% of the total reservation.
Change Policy: Service charges may apply for changes to your reservation. One change to your reservation is allowed without incurring a service charge; all subsequent changes will be charged $5.00 per change.
