Supporting Detail: Gulf front beach house with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Large sundeck spans the entire front of the house, nestled by sand dunes and sea oats, furnished with Adirondack chairs and a Mexican tile, shade optional, dining table. The sundeck provides a private walk over, just a few short yards from the refreshing, crystal clean Gulf of Mexico. Step inside, beach side, by entering the spacious Florida Room.
The Florida Room, furnished with a dining table, two unique convertible beds, chaise lounge plus additional seating is a great place to hang out for family games, additional dining space or a shady spot by the beach.
Casual living and dining rooms are light and airy with lots of windows, comfortable seating, television and DVD player. The dining room table and breakfast bar seat eight. The Master Bedroom Suite, off the living room, includes a private bath with shower, more windows, overhead ceiling fan, television and a king size bed. The second bedroom has two full/queen beds, matching chests, overhead and task lighting, full bathroom and additional windows. Privacy is assured but the windows accentuate the open and airy feeling of The Outpost.
KP or Kitchen duty is as simple or involved as the family chef desires. Essentials are available, the design is logical and space is large enough for two cooks t share the space. We know that this is not a gourmet or Food Network kitchen. There is a large picture window behind the double sink. Step out the kitchen door to the cochiere to find two additional, private entry bedrooms, one with two twin beds the other with a full size bed. One full and one half bath support these bedrooms. There is also a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The floor plan is ideal for in-laws, teens or friends of the family that will enjoy the additional privacy and space.
