Additional Information About Rental Rates:
Security Deposit
All reservations are due to a security deposit of $300 per stay. The deposit can only be collected by our offices on arrival. Customer will be asked to sign and provide a form of ID along with the credit card. If the customer is not a credit card holder, we can only accept $300 cash deposit at our office, and this will be refunded within 14 days of departure after inspection of the rented unit. If the guest arrives after business opening hours, they are to contact our office the next business day to fulfill the security deposit obligations.
Reservations and Payment
A reservation will only be confirmed, when the deposit of $200 is received by Select Vacation Homes. So it is clear to the customer, that there is no reservation made as long as a deposit has not been paid and the reservation is not being confirmed by Select Vacation Homes.
All arrivals must be fully prepaid (or guaranteed by Credit Card) at least 30 days prior to the first date of occupancy. Customer will need a written confirmation from Select Vacation Homes to acknowledge his reservation in case of late payment.Keys will never be released if there is an unpaid balance on the booking.
Cancellation
Once the rental has been accepted by us, written notification of the cancellation must be sent to us by certified mail. There is a cancellation fee of $75 that is taken out of the total if there is a refund. If cancelled 30 days or less from arrival there is no refund. If cancelled more than 30 days from arrival, deposit is refunded less the cancellation fee.
Extra Fees:
There is an additional $40 booking fee added to the total. For stays less than 4 nights there is a $95 cleaning fee collected. Pool heat is an extra $22 per day with a minimum of 3 days.
