The upstairs loft with two twin beds makes a great extra bedroom and is a fun place for the children to hang out. And if you are like me, everybody needs their own TV. NEW 42" High Definition LCD TV in the living room, plus a TV and DVD player in every bedroom!!
Fabulous views from your private balcony, living room, as well as master bedroom! The complex has a pool, and two grills at the gazebo. There is also a nice, grassy area for the children to play.
Orange Beach/Gulf Shores also has lots of dedicated bicycle paths, both on the main road and through the state park. From Seascape you can walk to restaurants, shopping, and putt-putt golf.
Fun events and festivals happen thoughout the year. The newly opened Wharf is home to live entertainment, shopping, and movie theaters. Not only does Gulf Shores have movie theatres but also an amusement park with fun for the whole family! If you like water parks, putt putt golf, or riding go carts - all is nearby. For the tennis players, there are plenty of free public courts. Bicyle rentals are also available in the area.
If you love history, visit Fort Morgan, just down the road. Other places to visit include the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and the Battleship Alabama.

To get to Seascape (Address: 24649 Cross Lane, Orange Beach, AL 36561):
If you use a GPS, enter the address for Souvenir City at 24644 Perdido Beach Blvd, Orange Beach, AL since most GPS maps have Cross Lane in the wrong place.
Least complicated route:
Take I10 East from Mobile to the Loxley Exit. Take Hwy 59 South to Gulf Shores. Hwy 59 dead ends at Perdido Beach Blvd. Turn left and go app. 4 miles to Orange Beach. Once in Orange Beach look for Souvenir City (gaudy pink building on the right at 24644 Perdido Beach Blvd-next to Holiday Inn Express). Just past S.C turn right on Seascape Lane (looks like a driveway). Seascape is the low rise building directly behind S.C.
