This very private, elegantly furnished and decorated cottage, built and previously owned by the Suggs Family, is designed for two and will accommodate four comfortably, has a new luxurious queen bedding and all the expected amenities, and is available by the day, week, weekend or month for your private and relaxing getaway ...
linens and paper products, eggs, bacon, milk and sweets are provided ... The lovely kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and all cooking equipment that you might expect.
We are happy to assist you with any special requests or arrangements for that important occasion - anniversary, birthday, honeymoon or romantic getaway that may occur during your stay.

Advance reservations are recommended.
A prepayment of 50% is due within 7 days after reservations are made.
The remaining 50% is due 21 days before arrival.
Check in after 3 p.m. and before 7 p.m. / Check out is requested by noon - but we are flexible, call with your request.
A one time cleaning fee of $40.00
Taxes - 7.75% to the state, and 3% to the county - 10.75% total
