Deposits :A prepayment of 50% is due within 7 days after reservations are made.
The remaining 50% is due 21 days before arrival.

Cancellation & Return Policy:Deposits cheerfully refunded if notified within 30 days of your arrival date ... other arrangements are available
Fees & Taxes:A one time cleaning fee of $75.00
Taxes - 7.75% to the State and 5% to the county. Total of 12.75%
