The remaining 50% is due 21 days before arrival.
We accept Cash or Personal check or Travelers check or Money Order.
Deposits cheerfully refunded if notified within 30 days of your arrival date..
A onetime cleaning fee of $75.00
Taxes - 7.75% to the State and 5% to the county. Total of 12.75%
