Required Stay: 2 night minimum
Deposits: A prepayment of 50% is due within 7 days after reservations are made. The remaining 50% is due 21 days before arrival.
Lodging Tax: 7.75% state, 5 % county - Total of 12.75%
Cancellation Policy: Prepayments are cheerfully refunded when cancellation notice is received 30 days prior to arrival date.. Other arrangements are available.
Other Fees: A one time cleaning fee of $125.00 + tax.
