Maui Kamaole sits on a little hill across the street from the ocean towards the south (Wailea) end of Kihei. The units at the front have good ocean views, as there are no buildings on the ocean side of the street. This is one of the newer condo properties in the Kihei/Wailea area, low-rise, with lovely grounds and tasteful units. Grounds are well landscaped and include two pools, hot-tub, and gas BBQ areas. Each unit is large (one bedroom units are 1000 sf), nicely furnished, and has full kitchen, two full bathrooms, laundry in unit, TV/VCR, telephone, and large front lanai (patio). All one bedroom units are ground level, with the two bedroom units on the second floor. The large beach park of Kamaole III is across the street, with plenty of trees for shade, a huge grassy area, and a golden sand beach. There are a few rock outcroppings, which attract fish for snorkeling. If you're looking for a long walk, walk five minutes down Kihei Road, hop onto Keawekapu Beach, and walk the beaches all the way through Wailea.

Payment Schedule
$400 deposit with final payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $150. If cancellation is received within 30 days of arrival, all payments are forfeited.
