Our homes are private, modern and tropically landscaped. All our accommodations are completely furnished and include ample cooking appliances and utensils, private baths with tub or shower, lots of towels and linens,cable TV, Fax, BBQ, free on site parking, beach and children's accessories and free wireless inter net access.
We do provide for you plenty of towels and an extra set of linen and are at all times available to give you more towels or linen if needed. We do not provide laundry facilities. There are several laundromats nearby in Kailua Town.

Kaikea 2 bedroom unit
Due to strict neighborhood codes and covenants in the Kailua Beach area, our vacation rentals are just for the sole use of the registered guests. For the quiet enjoyment of the other guests as well as the neighbors, we cannot allow any gatherings or any parties on the premises, no matter how small or what time of day. There is only 1 designated on-site parking spot for each rental.
If you do not agree with this we fully understand that you would not want to book with us.
We very much appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 30 days or longer before your arrival date, we will refund the full deposit. If less then 30 days, we will only refund the deposit if we can re-rent the accommodation. If canceled within the week of arrival or "no-shows" will be charged the entire amount due.
