Additional Information About Rental Rates:
We do require a deposit of $ 200.00, done with a Master of Visa credit card, to firmly book one of our units.
If you cancel 30 days or longer before arrival we will refund the deposit to you. If you cancel 30 days or less, we will only refund the deposit if we can re rent the unit for the dates you reserved it.
If you cancel one week or less, or for "no shows", we will charge your credit card account in the entire amount due.
Due to strict neighborhood codes and covenants in the Kailua Beach area, our vacation rentals are just for the sole use of the registered guests. For the quiet enjoyment of the other guests as well as the neighbors, we cannot allow any gatherings or any parties on the premises, no matter how small or what time of day. There is only 1 designated on-site parking spot for each rental.
If you do not agree with this we fully understand that you would not want to book with us.
