This one-of-a-kind top quality duplex backs to Frisco's Meadow Creek Park and trout pond. It has outstanding mountain views plus a small creek runs beside it. The lush willows give a private secluded feeling. Built in 1996 with top of the line finishes, the three spacious bedrooms plus office, three baths can comfortably accommodate nine. An extra large, well equipped kitchen provides a pleasing space for meal preparations. Two sitting areas with televisions allow ample separation when needed.
A short walk across the park puts you at the Frisco Transfer Center where one can access the free Summit Stage. You will be three minutes from I-70 for the quick drive to Copper Mountain, Keystone or Vail. Breckenridge is nine miles away on Hwy 9.
Lake Dillon and Frisco's Main Street are a few blocks away. You will find the location quite convenient for your shopping and dining needs.
Nearby are scenic mountain golf courses, Breckenridge and Silverthorne Recreation Centers which include swimming pools, 6 World Class Ski Resorts, many miles of paved bike trails and National forest maintained hiking trails to name a few activities.
Our home is Smokefree and No Pets allowed with an Age Restriction. We have wonderful full time residents as neighbors and do not want this rented as a "Party House". No reservations accepted for vacationing students or singles under age 25 unless accompanied by adult legal guardian or parent during entire stay. Chaperoned groups not accepted. Restrictions apply regarding number of people that may accompany parent or legal guardian.
