The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2 computers for guests. Individual Rooms: Master Bedroom with king sized bed, private deck, private bath with oversized shower and dressing room. Queen Bedroom has one queen bed and shared bath. Twin Room has one twin bed and shared bath.

Cancellation Policy
We have a 7 day cancellation policy. Should you cancel 8 days or more before your check-in date, then your deposit is fully refundable. The deposit is your first night's stay, due at time of booking. We do not charge a cleaning fee.
Should you cancel within 7 days or less of your check-in date, you will loose your deposit.
This house is located in the Northgate/Ravenna neighborhood. 10 minute drive to downtown. $2 round trip by bus and taxi is available as well. Quiet, kid-friendly neighborhood that is very safe.
