This house was designed to use all 2700 square feet of interior space, plenty of closet space, bright and cheery interior, central air, TV and VCR in each bedroom, phone hookup in each bedroom and kitchen, two lines, cable modem, two DVD players with 27 in TVs, 10 x 15 foot porch, and 1000 square foot brick patio around 16 x 36 foot heated pool, beautiful gardens professionally maintained.with 27 In TVs, 10 x 15 foot pool.

 This house is located in a quiet cul de sac off a cul de sac. It is also easily accessible to Sag Harbor, Southampton and Bridgehampton Village Centers without having to travel on congested Route 27 or 39. It is 2 miles from the bay and a little over 4 miles to a very quiet beach which is not open to day-trippers.
