Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations and Refunds: All cancellations are subject to a handling fee of $50. Your deposit, less the handling fee, will be returned if the reservation is canceled at least 45 days prior to arrival. Due to the fact that most of our traveling guests book two or three months in advance, guests canceling less than 45 days before arrival will receive refunds only if the unit is rebooked for their reserved dates. We make every effort to rebook any cancellations but we recommend you purchase travel insurance if unsure.
Payment / Deposits:
Payment is due IN FULL 60 days prior to check in. You may pay with cash, personal check, company check, money order, Visa, Master Card, AMEX and Discover. A tax of 12.962% will be added to all rents (8.25% Transient Tax plus 4.712% excise tax), as well as a one-time, non-refundable service and handling fee of $35 for condos $50 for houses. Should your personal check be returned for any reason, there will be a $25 return check fee added to your balance. A personal check is required for your security deposit and your security deposit will be returned in the form of a check. For condos a $500 rent/security deposit combined is required to hold your unit. For houses 50% of the total bill is required to hold the house with the security deposit portion paid by check.

There is a $70 replacement charge for lost or stolen key sets.
Directions To Hawaiian Princess Resort From HNL, Honolulu International Airport:
1.
Exit the Airport baring to the left, Follow the signs for H1 West (Waianae) go 16.7 mi
2.
H1 will turn into Farrington highway passing thru Nanakuli and Maili on the way.
3.
Continue on Farrington highway – go 11.9 mi
4.
As you pass thru Waianae, there will be a McDonalds and Taco Bell on the right, Keep going.

There will be a 7-Eleven on the right at the intersection of Farrington and Makaha Valley Rd. After passing thru the intersection you will take the first street on the left. go .3 mi
6.
Turn left on LAHILAHIST - go 0.1 mi
7.
Arrive at Hawaiian Princess Resort, 84-1021LAHILAHIST,WAIANAE
At the gate give a honk, if closed, and the gate will be opened for you. Get assistance to call the elevator and proceed to the unit. Open the lockbox with the code provided and remove the key, open the door. Return the key to the lockbox. Located on the counter top will be 2 sets of keys for your use.
