The complex features beautifully landscaped grounds, FREE on site tennis, pool, underground parking, and an elevator for your convenience. The villa is fully furnished and equipped for your vacation needs including: king-size bed in the large master bedroom, full-size bed and twin bed in the guest room, queen-size sleep sofa, all linens and towels, ceiling fans in bedrooms and dining room, washer and dryer, full kitchen with microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking utensils, etc, 20 inch cable TV and DVD player in master bedroom, 13 inch cable TV/DVD combo in guest bedroom, and 27 inch cable TV and DVD/VCR combo in living room. High speed internet access is available in the villa. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed.

Refund Policy: A full refund (minus $100.00 nonrefundable reservation deposit) will be made if the cancellation is received 6 weeks prior to reservation.If we get another rental for that time period, the $100.00 deposit will be refunded also.For cancellations received later than 6 weeks prior to reservation,1/2 of the rental amount paid (minus $100.00 deposit) will be refunded.If we are able to rent the villa for the canceled reservation time, a full refund will be issued.
A key/security deposit in the amount of $250.00 is required. It will be refunded upon the return of the keys as long as no damage or smoking has been reported in the unit.
In addition to the rental rate, there is sales tax of 11%.
