Relax in your private cottage with magnificent Ocean and Mauna Kea views on a clear day. Stroll through the fruit grove where we grow a variety of oranges and lemons, plus we have a pineapple field, mountain apples, peaches, figs, avocados, lychee and different spice trees. We also have coffee and tea trees. A short 5 minute drive to the little town of Keaau, will bring you to a large public open market where you can buy fresh bananas, papayas, and many other exotic locally grown fruits sold by native farmers.
Hawaii’s not-to-be-missed spectacle is Kilauea, the world’s only “hike through” volcano and one that offers the spectacle of frequent, easily-accessible eruptions. The walk around Crater Rim Drive males you want to reach out and touch the process of creation taking place before your eyes.
