This beautiful Villa was built in 1997 and extensively renovated and updated in 2003. Surrounded by tropical landscaping and located in the southwest area on a wide gulf access canal with western exposure. The oversized patio/pool area is absolutely stunning, it is a great place to relax, sunbath and enjoy the exclusive settings at this luxurious vacation retreat.



The lagoon style pool has a so called dissa-pearing edge, which gives you the illusion the water from the pool overflows into the canal behind the house.



At the patio you will find two cozy seating areas with two tables, six chairs, sofa, and plenty of lounge chairs. The pool (10 x 5m) can be heated through an electric heat pump.



There is also a full size spa/whirlpool for up to six persons, with therapie jets for your enjoyment.
