Fall & Winter Specials for Cozy beach house located on Isle of Palms, in Charleston, SC. It is approx. 3 minute walk to one of the southern states most beautiful beaches. It is close to the Marina on 41st Ave., where boating, kayaking, jet-skiing, para-sailing & fishing licenses can be obtained. Home has recently been redecorated and the bedrooms are as follows: Master bedroom has a King bed w/very comfortable mattress. The other 2 bedrooms have Queen beds w/pillowtop mattresses. Sunroom has 2 twin beds (each has a twin trundle under them)for a total of 4 twins + new baby crib and 2 pack-n-plays. The home can sleep 8-10 comfortably. The new kitchen table seats 10, 4 more seats at kitchen island and 2 high chairs. Garden lovers will appreciate the lush tropical landscaping. The garage has been converted into a game room w/pool table, couch, tv, table & games. Close to nice park (at 28th Ave.) No need to bring beach towels or toys as home has both.

Notes to the Accommodation and Amenities :Floats, beach toys, stroller, boogie boards, some beach chairs, beach towels, and small cooler are in the garage- these are not guaranteed to be there by the time you arrive as items can be lost, broken, etc. by other guests, but we do try. So far guests have been very considerate of these items.
