This comfortable home comes equipped with everything you need to stay at the beach. The 1st floor is an open floor plan with kitchen, den, and bathroom. A screened in porch w/table perfect for catching ocean breezes. Out back you will find the private swimming pool and playset, chaise loungers, new gas grill. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. On 2nd floor: Master BR King has a private balcony with views of the ocean, jetted tub, and large TV/DVD/VCR. Other 2 BRs are both Queen & 1 of them has a crib in it. The 3rd floor loft has a Qn. bed and 2 twins, a pack-n-play, TV/VCR/DVD. In addition, The home is approx. 50 yds from the beach- making beach access quick. (Nice, clean/family beach.) Walk 2-3 blocks at your at the front beach restaurant area! If you are looking to fish, you may fish from Breech Inlet Bride (4 blocks away). Put your boat/jet skis in at the marina- 5 min. away Two world class golf courses can be found at the end of the island in Wild Dunes
