Our home is fully air-conditioned and is furnished to executive standards in the Floridian style.
The lounge or family room has three sofas to relax on after a hard day at the theme parks and shopping, to view our rear projection cable TV , or listern to our Hi-Fi system , or even watch a DVD, we have also had installed wireless Internet for you to browse on your laptop , for people who like the quiet part of life please browse our book case for a good reading selection. Patio doors lead from this room onto our Lanai and pool area.
Our dining area has a large glass dining table to seat six guests, additional seating in the kitchen nook, a high chair is available .
In the kitchen for the cook of the family we have for your use a fridge freezer , dishwasher, microwave and main ovens , a kettle, toaster, food blenders and a coffee maker. All essential cutlery and crockery for up to ten guests are provided, a telephone answering machine with free International calls has also been provided for your use.
The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer , an iron and board if you require to use them.
Our garage has been turned into a games room for further entertainment with American pool, Air-Hockey and Foosball tables, tennis rackets and balls are available for your use in the comunial tennis courts.
In the master bedroom we have a queen size bed with matching furniture, a full size cot/crib, cable TV and a remote telephone handset and alarm clock, a ceiling fan has been fitted to aid in cooling, patio doors lead from this room onto the pool and patio area.
The en-suite has twin hand basins a walk-in shower and large corner bath, wc and walk-in wardrobe a hair dryer has been supplied for your use.
Our seconed bedroom has a full size bed with matching furniture , cable TV and alarm clock in this room and a built in wardrobe, a ceiling fan has been fitted to aid in cooling. This room looks out onto the pool area.
The twin bed room has twin single beds with matching furniture , cable TV and an alarm clock, built in wardrobe and a ceiling fan to aid in cooling, this room looks out to the side of our home.
Den or bunk room for the kids has a triple bunk bed , single on top double on the bottom , a small childs bed is also available, cable TV and an alarm clock , some toys .
In the family bathroom we have a bath with overhead shower , a single basin and wc.
To the rear of our home is our own screened large heatable pool with kiddies pool attached, hot-tub/Spa , sun loungers and tables and chairs for you to use, a childs safety screen is fitted , all doors leading to the pool and patio area are alarmed for your safety and comfort.
