With two floors of living space, you have lots of room to spread out - give the kids their own floor, or comfortably accommodate two families with this great floor plan!
This two floor loft villa has a nice sized bedroom upstairs (pictured below) with a full bath; an open loft bedroom next to it with a twin/double bunk setup that sleeps three comfortably; and the downstairs master bedroom (also pictured), full bath, and kitchen (pictured), dining area, and cathedral ceiling living room with pullout couch downstairs. Each room has a ceiling fan to keep the cool breezes moving!

Rules and Regulations for Our Villas Condominium
1. YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR VEHICLE(s) AT THE OFFICE WITHIN 24 HOURS. All vehicles must have a valid hang-tag to be parked on property. If more than two vehicles or any unregistered vehicles are parked overnight, the property management company is threatening to tow the vehicles offsite at the owner’s expense (not our rule).
2. Also, if you go to the office for anything other than registering your vehicle (locking yourself out, etc.) they will charge us (and we will then charge you) $60 plus tax ($64.95) - so, if you need ANYTHING, please call us directly 512-282-0181.
3. You can have no more than 8 (9 if infants) occupants stay overnight on the property for any reason, or it will void our insurance policy as well as the homeowner association rules.
4. Any common sidewalks, driveways, entrances, halls and passageways shall not be obstructed or used by anyone for any other purpose than entering and exiting the units.
5. No article shall be placed on or in any of the general common areas except for those articles of personal property which are the common property of all the owners; provided that no parking of vehicles in parking spaces and areas is obstructed.
6. Owners, members of their families, their guests, residents, tenants or lessees shall not use
sidewalks, driveways, entrances, halls, parking areas and passageways as a play area.
7. No vehicle shall be parked in such a way that it impedes ready access to any entrance to
or exit from the villas. Vehicles should be parked in designated parking areas only.
Boats on trailers must be parked in designated areas only. No one invited to the villa as a guest by an owner or
can park their vehicles, such as trailers or motor homes in the villas for overnight
living accommodations.
8. No one is allowed to install wiring for electrical, telephone installation or for any reason.
9. Use the facilities of the villas respectfully keeping in mind that there are other guests and
residents using all facilities.
10. Use reasonable care to avoid making loud, disturbing, or objectionable noises, including playing musical instruments, radios, CD players or television sets in such a way that they disturb occupants of other units.
11. Please throw all garbage in approved disposal areas only. All trash must be placed in sealed bags or sealed containers before disposal. Do not leave any trash left outside units or patios or outside of disposal units.
12. Please do not hang clothes, rugs, towels, or other items from the windows, balconies or any of the facades of the buildings.
13. No open flame grills may be used for cooking except in the designated barbecue areas.
Only electric grills are acceptable for use in any other areas.
