This beautiful holiday villa, built in 1996, was reconditioned in June 2007

 

The Villa has 250 sqm living space on a corner lot of about 1.300 sqm, at the lake of the same name - Rose Lake. 

 

The pool and the terrace area are one of the jewels of the "Villa Rose Lake" - without any doubts! A table with six chairs invites you to rest or dwelling away any day or night time.

For a relaxing sun bath use one of the four deck chairs. Terrace and pool area are completely covered by a screen.

 

Dive in and enjoy the really big solar-heated pool!

A very special highlight is, however, to sit in our illuminated Diana-Spa (no Jacuzzi), maybe with a glass of champagne and dream whilst the sun sets behind Lake ...

Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car.
