This villa has been finished in 1998 and offers, besides a very beautiful architectural design, all possible comfort including air conditioning. It lies in a quiet area surrounded by other villas at the head of a wide canal and offers a dream of a view.
The house disposes of a very big boat dock. The furnishing itself is a very individual and noble one. A big pool including whirlpool of 5m x 12m which can be electrically heated also belongs to the house.
You can enjoy beautiful sunsets on the generous and partly roofed terrace. Or just have a barbecue by the gas grill. In the garden grow tropical plants - you just enjoy it, the rest is done by a garden service or the watering system.
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car.
