"Camelot" a villa of massive construction - was built in 2001 and lies on a 1000sqm big plot in a pleasant and quiet neighbourhood of Southwest Cape Coral. The Easthern part of the plot where the terrace is leads directly towards two canals which is why there is really a lot of water around that creates a very special atmosphere on the sunny pool terrace.
The owner definitely enjoyed furnishing his house as he has done this in a very careful and loving manner. The whole living space is 220 sqm big. Six people can easily live here as there are three bedrooms and two bathroom. The living room with its lunch area is very big.
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car.
