Nestled in the foothills above Provo with a view of Utah Lake and the valley below is your own private paradise. Just 10 miles from Sundance ski resort and minutes from BYU and Utah Valley University makes this the ideal second home for a month or so. With 5 bedrooms and 4 baths which will sleep 8 comfortably you will want to return again and again. Due to Provo zoning ordinance, because of spectacular location in the mountains, home can only be rented once during a 30 day period - 12 rentals yearly maximum. A beautiful home for visits to family and friends or for the football and skiing season. We look forward to having you as our guests. 

1 week - $2500
2 weeks - $3000
3 weeks - $3500
30 days - $4000
 
$100 Cleaning Fee
$200 to $500 refundable security deposit (depending on length of stay).
No lodging/sales tax for staying 30 days or more!
