This is one of the most beautiful, relaxing, vacation rentals in Hawaii. It's in the Colony 1 condominiums at Sea Mountain Resort on the uncrowded south shore of the Big Island of Hawaii.

It's on a ocean front bluff, surrounded by a golf course and adjacent to the world famous Black Sand Beach at Punaluu. We're located halfway between the towns of Hilo & Kailua Kona and just a 1/2 hour drive to the Volcanoes National Park.

SEA MOUNTAIN RESORT IS LOCATED IN THE DISTRICT OF KA'U, a lightly populated area at the south end of the Big Island. The unspoiled coastline in this area has remained mostly untouched by large developments, making it truly a slice of old Hawaii.

 

You are just a 30-minute drive to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park -- the island's number one visitor attraction with the Kilauea volcano that has been flowing continuously for over 20 years -- and the wonderful arts and dining of Volcano Village.

The charming towns of Naalehu and Pahala, with shopping and informal dining, are just a short drive away.
