Situated on a wide intersecting saltwater canal with quick direct access to the Gulf of Mexico, you will definitely have a wonderful view to the water and enjoy unforgettable sunsets.
Three comfortable bedrooms and an office with a sofa bed, 260 sqm living space, about 150 sqm terrace. A big pool of 9 x 4 m offer enough space for 2 to 6 people and a dream holiday. In order to enable you to enjoy the water temperature at any season, the pool and spa is electrically heated.
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car.
