Payment Policy
Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars. Visa and Master Card only for payments. Deposit of 1st night stay is due to make a reservation except for special dates.
Special Dates KY Derby Week, World Equestrian Games month, Breeder's Cup week, and all National Holidays. Deposit Requirements are 50% of total stay is due upon reservation and no cancelations are accepted for any reason.
Remaining Balance Due upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Non refunable $25 reservation fee if cancelation is made within 30 days of original reservation arrival date. If you must cancel within 29 days of your arrival date, you will forfeit your deposit or it may be used toward a future stay within 30 days of the original arrival date.
No cancelations for Special Dates (KY Derby week, World Equestrian Games month, Breeder's Cup week, and all National Holidays) Full stay charges will apply and be due and charged to credit card on file.
Terms of Use
Rules: No Smoking. No Pets. If pets or smoking is detected during or immediately after your stay during our check out inspections, you will be notified and additional charges will be applied with a minimum of $300.
Maximum Occupancy of 5 people. If additional guest are detected in the cottage, additional charges will be applied or you will be asked to leave.
Any additional day guest who will not be staying the night must be approved of in advance.
Parking for 2 cars only. No parking in the street or grass. Boats must be parked at the front office (not behind the gate) with advance arrangements being made in advance.
Internet services are free and not guaranteed.
Activity Waivers are required to be signed at the time of check in.
Hot Tub Temperatures are set between 100-104 and checked by a member of management prior to your arrival. We are not responsible for low hot tub temperatures if you touch the buttons. You are responsible for leaving the cottage in the same condition that you it is in upon your arrival.You are financially responsible for any damages you may have caused.
