This tastefully decorated, one bedroom, one bath private oceanview villa has just been completely renovated and everything is new. Granite counter-tops, all new appliances and a floor plan that has been opened up to allow for a more spacious layout. The bedroom features a queen bed, there are two small bunks (not full size and would not be adequate for children over 9 or 10 years old) and a queen sofa-bed in the living room.


Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort is located off Highway 278, down Folly Field Road. In addition to being on the beach, the resort offers tennis, a fitness center, picnic area, kids activities, bike rentals, a playground and more.
