Unit 303, located on the first floor of Building 38, looks out over the heart of the famous Moir Garden located on the grounds of Kiahuna Plantation among the beach bungalows.
The garden is home to many rare plants; including succulents and cactus, bromeliads, orchids, century trees, and beautiful water lily ponds with koi fish. There is no admittance fee to enter and enjoy the Moir Garden. You will feel comfortable and right at home in our recently remodeled and nicely furnished vacation home. The tropical paradise below and the spectacular Poipu sunset can be enjoyed from the lanai.
The light and comfortable living, dining and kitchen areas are open to each other, with a large sliding glass door that take you out onto the furnished lanai. There is a full bath with shower and tub, and separate vanity area. Recently up-graded bath and kitchen with granite counter tops and travertine tile in bath.

Full Payment required for reservations made less than 30 days prior the arrival date and 45 days for reservations made during Christmas and New Year periods
Deposit Requirements:
. A deposit equal to 20% of the total rental charge is required to confirm all reservations.
. A deposit equal to 30% of the total rental charge is required to confirm all reservations during Christmas/New Year periods

· Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Remaining balances for reservations during Christmas/New Year periods are due 45 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellation Fees:
· Full deposit, less a $100.00 cancellation fee, will be refunded for cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the arrival date and 45 days for reservations made during Christmas and New Year periods.
· All funds collected will be forfeited for cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date for all reservations unless the space can be re-booked.
