The balance of the total rent, plus a refundable Security Deposit is due forty-five (45) days prior to the Lease commencement date, sixty (60) days on holiday reservations.For reservations made within forty-five (45) days of Lease commencement, the executed lease, security deposit and full rental are required at the time of reservation.
