Kitchen with washing machine, drier, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave etc. etc. Games room with pool table, air hockey, table tennis, fusball (table football) and dart board.
Clubhouse with broadband internet computers, pool table, fusball, large plasma TV, fitness room, large pool, spa etc etc. There is now a selection of arcade games in the club house. It’s a great place for adults and kids alike to meet new friends. For added security, this is a gated community. The community lawns etc are scrupiously maintained by a groundworks company, and the trash/bins are emptied twice a week.
Ideally located at junction of Highway 27 and 192, 10 mins from Animal Kingdom, across road from large Walmart, 1/2 mile to Publix and Winn Dixie supermarkets. All restaurants etc on 192 close by. Golf approx 2 miles and dozens of courses in area, catering for all abilities and budgets. As we have visited the area several times, we are in an excellent position to advise our guests on how to make the most of the whole Florida experience
As an additional service to our guests, we can advise on activities beyond the traditional theme parks. These include swimming with manatees, canoeing through natural forests where you will see 'gators and vultures in their natural environments (Not Disney animals!), tickets for baseball, water skiing/wakeboarding, fishing and BBQs, golf and state parks etc. These activities are not expensive. Also, we are not on commission from anyone, it's just an extra service that some guests have found helpful.
