River Strand Villa is situated on the exclusive River Strand gated golf community at Heritage Harbour (near Bradenton & Sarasota).

 

This beautiful gated community is less than one hour south of Tampa and two hours south west of Orlando, making it an ideal base for your Florida holiday whether you chose theme parks, shopping or relaxing on the beach.

 

Our luxury air conditioned villa enjoys wonderful lake views to the rear which you can enjoy from the covered pool and hot tub area. The villa boasts three spacious double bedrooms including a master suite and two well appointed bathrooms.

 

The fully equipped kitchen looks over the open plan living and dining area giving a perfect family space. The games room with full-size pool table will provide hours of entertainment. We also have high speed Internet access just in case you need it.

 

The River Strand Golf & Country Club is only minutes from the villa. It boasts a 27 hole golf course and leisure facilities, including several pools, a spa, a fitness centre and a restaurant. As our guests you could enjoy these activities at your leisure for a small membership transfer fee.
