Rental Rates for Vacation Rental Estate in Miami, Florida
Additional Information About Rental Rates:
The rates are based on a total of up to 8 guests and are weekly for low season and excludes special events, holidays, mid season periods and taxes. For each additional guest, there will be an additional fee of $150 per week. Holidays have extra fee. Please email for quotes. FOR POOL TO BE HEATED IS $35 PER DAY ADDITIONAL.
A 50 % deposit is due at time of booking. The property is ABSOLUTELY OPEN AND AVAILABLE UNTIL IT IS BOOKED, and is booked when 50 % deposit is received.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $350 US. For cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 60 days prior to arrival there is a fee of $650 US. For cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival and more than 30 days prior to arrival there is a fee of $1000 US. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised.
